Her approach combines 12 weeks of weekly in-person or phone sessions, 30+ minutes of daily walking or sitting mindfulness practice on your own, plus challenges Dr. Claire gives you from her books or designs especially for you. She illuminates situations with nature images, or suggests a focus, readings, meditation, walking, music, a diary.
If you seek individual guidance (life coaching) with Dr. Claire Forest, please request free 20 minute introductory session by sending 2-paragraph email with your name, email, phone #, text, and a brief description of your challenges and your strengths to CND3@cornell.edu . Put BRIGHT FOREST in subject line. You’ll be contacted to schedule introductory session. If after this initial session you and Dr. Claire commit to 12 sessions, Dr. Claire will allocate a weekly 50 minute time for you plus provide you with written materials to guide our work together. You pay $100/session ($90/ session if you prepay 12 sessions). If Dr. Claire agrees, you may renew for additional sessions.
